I had a great stay at a hotel in a terrific location. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Drita, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me great recommendations for restaurants and day trips. The balcony in my room was a nice bonus, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had two nice perks that were perfect for our Christmas stay. They offered free hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby for all guests which was very cozy and festive. they had a small Christmas tree set up in the corner which added to the holiday spirit. the location was also great, it was in a pedestrian area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed being able to walk around the city without the need for a taxi. One more advantage was the view from our balcony which was breathtaking.
the room was not up to our standards of cleanliness, particularly the bathroom.

I had such a great stay at this hotel in the center of the city! The staff were absolutely delightful, always taking the time to engage and chat. They were so friendly and even gave me some great suggestions for restaurants and public transportation. The room itself was lovely, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. The location couldn't be better, right on a pedestrian mall with great energy. Highly recommend!
Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

The breakfast provided was delicious, with a tasty croissant, fruits, juice, and coffee. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.
